Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan earned an M.Sc. in Cognitive Systems, a branch of Artificial Intelligence, from the University of Leeds, UK, a Ph.D. in Network and Distributed Systems from the University of Oslo, and an MBA from Cornell University, USA. Dr. Nguyen founded a technology company and grew it to 70+ software engineers before it was acquired. He is currently a co-founder and CEO of Connext, a startup developing an AI-powered customer engagement tool that enhances both internal and external communication for healthcare facilities, improving both operational efficiency and customer experience.Â
