Mr Hoang Phan Nguyen is an expert in insurance and reinsurance contracts with over 20 years of experience in the international market. He left Vietnam in 1996 after high school to study in the UK on a full scholarship. He later completed his law degree at Nottingham University and joined the insurance industry in London in 2001. A dual British-Vietnamese citizen, he currently resides in Singapore, working on digital transformation of commercial insurance products. Mr Phan is the Deputy Head of the Liaison Committee of the Vietnamese Community in Singapore, the co-organiser of VGIC 2025.
Passionate about education, he has been conducting independent research into language learning methodologies since 2008. He holds 2 patents (US, UK) for an innovative language demonstration device.
