With nearly 30 years of professional experience, Dr. Ooi has led and scaled digital transformations across various industries. She has held significant leadership roles, including APAC Chief Growth Officer at Dentsu, CMO at WPP, MD at Accenture, and GM at GE Digital. Her expertise spans business development, marketing, and digital strategy.
Dr. Ooi is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at Nanyang Technological University’s Nanyang Business School, focusing on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics. She serves as an Emeritus CEO Success Coach for Singapore Management University’s CEO Programme, specializing in systemic change. Additionally, she is a Certified Chair Board Advisor and an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach, progressing toward a Master Certified Coach credential.
Her academic achievements include an International MBA from the University of South Australia, and she has been recognized for her contributions to sustainability leadership, receiving a certification from Cambridge University in 2022.
