Mr. Quynh is a well-known financial and investment professional in Vietnam. He has spent most of his professional life up to now for developing the Vietnamese capital market. He is currently general secretary of Vietnam Bond Market Association, the non-profit organization where he was the founding team member since 2009.
Currently, he works as an independent and non-executive board member as well as strategic advisor at a number of Vietnamese dynamic enterprises where he advocates for a better business strategy, corporate governance and transparency in growing such enterprises.
Previously, he worked as deputy CEO at Sovico Group from 2022-2023, chief executive officer at VNDirect Securities from 2020-2022. Before that, he spent 22+ years of working and leading the treasury ( currency, interest rates, fixed-income, commodities dealings and Debt Capital Market ) of The Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (“BIDV”) from 1997 – 2019
