Associate Professor Le Duc Anh is a faculty member at the University of Tokyo’s Graduate School of Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Systems. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo in 2016.
His research focuses on integrating magnetism, superconductivity, and topology into semiconductor platforms through nanoscale hybrid structures, aiming to develop ultra-low power electronics and foundational technologies for quantum information.
In recognition of his work, he received the 29th Advanced Technology Award in 2015, the Young Investigator MBE Award in 2022, and the Marubun Research Award in 2024.
He is the President of the Vietnamese Intellectuals Association in Japan, an executive member of VJOIN, and has co-founded and led key Vietnamese academic and innovation networks in Japan, including the Vietnam Summit in Japan (2019, 2021, 2023).
