Nguyen Thuy Duong is the Head of Financial Services Strategy at EY ASEAN and Leader of Consulting & Financial Services at EY Vietnam.
She is also the Chairwoman of EY Consulting Vietnam (EY Consulting VN) and Deputy General Director of Ernst & Young Vietnam (EY Vietnam). In her role, she leads audit services for major clients, including banks, financial companies, securities firms, investment funds, and asset management companies. Additionally, she plays a key role in consulting projects and providing technical support to regulatory bodies.
With nearly 25 years of experience in auditing and consulting at EY firms in Vietnam and Australia, she has served prominent financial institutions. Through her international and domestic experience, she has developed strong leadership, management skills, and practical expertise.
She holds an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, and was recognized as one of the 15 most influential figures in Vietnam’s FinTech industry.
