Dr. Nguyen Dinh Quy is currently the R&D Manager at Mitsubishi Electronics Corporation in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. He collaborates with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) on research in artificial intelligence, robotics, and factory automation. Prior to this, Dr. Quý worked as a project manager and senior engineer at Schlumberger, a global oil and gas company, where he specialized in digital transformation and process automation.
Dr. Quy is also the Director of the Innovation Network (InnoNet) for AVSE, where he works to build a network of experts in innovation and technology to advise and develop projects supporting Vietnam. He is the co-founder of VietSearch, a company that specializes in big data platforms and statistics about the global Vietnamese community. VietSearch received the “Vietnam Talent” award and the Vingroup Research Fund for its platform that fosters connection and collaboration to develop education and the economy in Vietnam.
Dr. Quy is the founder and president of the non-profit organization “Vietnamese Youth” since 2006, which helps disadvantaged children in Vietnam. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.
