With his experience (more than 18 years) in the field of Finance – Banking, Hieu was listed as the youngest CEO of the Vietnameses Banking industry when he became the CEO of VietABank and then of ABBank at the age of 34. He has also experienced senior management positions at banks and financial institutions such as Vietcombank, Sabeco Fund Management, IPA Investment, Vincom, and VNDirect Securities.
He is currently a famous master coach, in the country and the international Vietnamese community. He has many years of experience in training and coaching leadership skills, team building, corporate culture, organizational breakthroughs for leading corporations and multinational corporations in Vietnam. He has created inspiration and personal transformation programs with the number of Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Youth reaching over 30,000 across the country. He is also an internationally recognized coach in the field of energy management, life coaching, business coaching, and performance coaching.
Throughout his career, Pham Duy Hieu has emphasized the importance of building a generation of ethical entrepreneurs who create value through creativity and diligence. He advocates for selecting roles that expand one’s network and provide learning opportunities, rather than solely focusing on high salaries
